Consent to the processing of personal data

1. I hereby grant consent to the business entity Radan Mynář (proprietor), with its registered office at Hradecká 1879/12, Brno, 612 00, ID No.: 63386895 (hereinafter the "Controller"), to process the following personal data concerning me, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter the "General Data Protection Regulation" or "GDPR"):

  • identification details (first name, surname, or business name, ID No., VAT No.),
  • date of birth,
  • address details,
  • telephone number,
  • email address,
  • website address.

 

2. This data will be processed for the following purposes:

  • advertising and marketing, i.e., in particular, sending advertising communications via electronic means,
  • handling of claims/complaints,
  • proposing solutions to rectify defects.


3. This data will be processed by the Controller for the entire duration of your use of the Controller's services. For direct marketing purposes, the Controller will continue to process personal data for a period of 2 years or until you withdraw this consent. The Controller will process personal data both manually and automatically, either personally or through its employees. Personal data processing will also be carried out by the following processors:

  • providers of processing software, services, and applications


4. You grant your express consent to the processing described above. This consent may be withdrawn at any time, for example, by sending an email to [email protected] or a letter to the contact address: Radan Mynář, Hradecká 1879/12, Brno, 612 00.

 

5. Please note that, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to:

  • withdraw your consent at any time,
  • request information from us regarding which of your personal data we are processing,
  • request an explanation from us regarding the processing of personal data,
  • request access to this data and have it updated or corrected,
  • request the erasure of this personal data,
  • contact us or the Office for Personal Data Protection in the event of doubts regarding compliance with obligations related to personal data processing.

 

6. By granting this consent, I declare that I am aware that the provision of the Controller's services is not conditional upon the granting of this consent, that I am under no obligation to provide this consent, and that I am granting this consent of my own free will.
